Just Hope's policy is that all employees and board members maintain the highest level
of ethical and professional behavior. To achieve this, they commit themselves to the
organization’s mission and pledge to:

1. Build and maintain professional reputations based on the quality of their work
and avoid engaging in biased and unfair behaviors.
2. Conduct themselves in ways that uphold and enhance their personal and
professional integrity and the reputation and dignity of Just Hope.
3. Keep the recovery community informed about Just Hope’s intentions and
activities.
4. Foster collaboration with other organizations and individuals to ensure that all
those involved make the greatest impact on the recovery community.
5. Recognize that Just Hope’s primary purpose is to serve, help, and encourage
individuals in recovery and the larger recovery community.
6. Serve the community with respect, compassion, and responsiveness in fulfilling
Just Hope’s objectives.
7. Treat every individual unbiasedly, regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual
orientation, marital or family status, disability, age, or national origin.
8. Carry out their roles with a spirit of open communication, innovation, dedication,
and compassion.
9. Prioritize the safety, well-being, and health of the community while fulfilling their
responsibilities.
10.Stay updated and knowledgeable about emerging issues affecting the recovery
community and approach their roles with competence, fairness, and
effectiveness.
11. Exemplify the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and ethical behavior to
foster trust and confidence.
12.Avoid any activities or interests that could create conflicts with their official
responsibilities.
13.Maintain the confidential information collected during their work with Just Hope.
14.Adhere to the governance and responsibilities of the board of directors, provide
information to support decision-making, and follow policies established by the
board.
15.Adhere to the mission, policies, and directives established by the board of
directors and executive leadership of Just Hope.
